CAI/Statements of Work projects and staff augmentation 

Customers  may obtain needed support through the Commonwealth's contract with Computer Aid Inc. (CAI), which provides staff augmentation and statements of work project support from a variety of registered vendors at pre-negotiated, volume discount prices.
