• VITA Minimum Contractual Requirements for "Major" Technology Projects This form should be completed by the Agency and submitted to the assigned VITA PMD Specialist along with the RFP or contract requiring approval.  Agencies obtaining delegation authority from VITA for non-major technology procurements are encouraged to use this as a guide.
