The Code of Virginia requires the Information Technology Investment Board to meet at least quarterly each year. The meetings of the Board shall be held whenever the majority of members so request. The dates provided are intended to serve as standing meetings of the Board and currently fall on the third Thursday in January, April, July and October.

Ad hoc meetings of the Board may be held whenever the majority of the members so request. Committee meetings may be held at any time the Committee Chair directs. Notice for meetings shall be placed on the Commonwealth Calendar and the Virginia Information Technologies Agency Web site.

All meetings of the Information Technology Investment Board and its committees are open to the public.
